This study conducted an in-depth comparison of hydrogen water baths, and the results showed that they can have a positive impact on antioxidant capacity based on oxygen free radical absorption and inflammatory marker C-reactive protein, thereby improving the serum of healthy subjects and patients with inflammation/collagen diseases.
